Our approach to design is based on our extensive knowledge of construction methods, means, products, and real world experience. We hold certifications in both residential and commercial building codes from the international code council of America, 5 certifications in Green Plumbing, are a certified Green Building Professional, Green Point Rated, have an engineering background, and are licensed in both general construction and plumbing. (We also hold other certifications.)

This and the many years of building experience gives us the ability to ensure a timely and comprehensive end product, and to continually build above the minimum standard set by state building codes.

Current trends and environmental concerns are always given priority in our designs, with sustainable and recyclable materials being used as much as possible.
